Be Committed to Customers Creates & personalized experiences for customers by demonstrating knowledge of our products

*             Follows our customer service commitment (smiling, offering a friendly greeting, learning customers’

names and orders, assuming the best in others, saying thank you) in each interaction

*             Actively seeks to recognize, include, appreciate, support and delight our customers

*             Uses operational tools and training to develop food & beverage knowledge and helps customers find their favorites.

*             Accurately rings customer orders and follows proper cash handling procedures

*             Works in assigned positions and uses appropriate routines

*             Follows our standard work methods and guidelines to work together effectively

*             Helps create an environment of warmth and belonging

*             Seeks opportunities to recognize, include, appreciate, support and delight fellow co-workers

*             Follows established policies and guidelines

*             Communicates important information to the store managers in a timely manner

*             Position starts at $20/Hr.

Job Requirements

*             Ability to handle high volume service with repetitive steps of service

*             Knowledge of basic math skills to provide change to guests as necessary

*             Memorization of extensive food menu with emphasis on ingredients

*             Willingness to be flexible in their job role and flex to other positions as necessary
